Hospice

 

Crestwood partners with Beacon Hospice, Kindred Hospice and Home and Hospice to provide specialized medical care and pain management, as well as emotional and spiritual support for both you and your loved ones.

 

Comfort is our primary goal in providing hospice care. At Crestwood, you and your loved one will have a dedicated Hospice Medical Director to ensure your loved one is comfortable and that all levels of support are available whenever needed. Our Hospice nurses provide compassionate, around-the-clock medical care and pain management services, and our licensed social workers, and spiritual/religious volunteers are available to provide emotional support for you and your family.
